Project Manager - Mid-Level Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) a global leader in real estate services and investment management is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our dynamic Project & Development Services team. Key Responsibilities Manage medium‑scale real estate projects including renovations, fit‑outs and improvements of commercial and corporate spaces. Coordinate with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with JLL's quality, safety and sustainability standards across all projects. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress. Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on budget and schedule. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client proposals and presentations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in real estate or construction project management. Solid knowledge of project lifecycle phases and project management methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.) is desirable. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
