Overview

In this role you drive the design and delivery of AI-enabled workflows for THV Europe, translating current processes into scalable AI solutions. You work across cross-functional teams to map workflows, define requirements, and oversee implementation from concept to adoption. You balance business value with feasibility, managing AI platforms, data pipelines and partner delivery. You’ll enable AI literacy, governance, and alignment with regional priorities while delivering tangible improvements in efficiency and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Analyze priority business workflows and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams
Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications for internal or partner delivery
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility and impact
Develop knowledge of AI platforms and implement changes directly where possible
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with data integration
Support data pipelines, cloud services and infrastructure for AI products
Own knowledge base for AI solutions and manage access and data readiness
Explain AI platforms and architecture to IT, regional and global teams to align stakeholders
Own testing, validation and acceptance of solutions from external partners
Support adoption by embedding redesigned workflows into daily operations
Lead AI literacy initiatives through training and demos
Contribute to AI governance standards and documentation
Support annual planning with analysis and materials for AI initiatives
Represent the team in cross-functional forums and enablement activities

Requisitos principales

5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI or related roles (or 3+ years with a Master’s Degree)
Strong delivery focus with proven end-to-end solution implementation
Experience with large language model tooling, APIs, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions
Ability to map complex business processes and cross-functional dependencies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Product mindset with value-based decision making on build vs. buy
Hands-on delivery capability combined with stakeholder management
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets and levels
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications
Location in Valencia, Spain with hybrid work and travel flexibility
