Responsibilities You’ll be at the heart of our customer success strategy, leading a regional team to ensure outstanding service delivery for our customers. From managing complex, high-volume operations to driving continuous improvement, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage tools like SAP and Salesforce to optimize processes. Your leadership will empower your team to exceed expectations and strengthen relationships with our customers in the medical devices industry. What you’ll need to be successful Success in this role means being a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring: Proven experience managing regional teams and driving performance Strong background in customer service for services, ideally within the medical devices industry Expertise in SAP and ideally Salesforce Fluency in English, with an additional European language as a plus Company values and benefits You.
