YOUR MISSIONPUMA Iberia está buscando a un / a Point of Sales Supervisor para los centros de ECI de la zona de Cataluña y Aragón que gestione y promueva estratégicamente la cultura de ventas para alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas, KPI y rentabilidad para posicionar a PUMA como la marca de estilo de vida deportivo más deseada del mundo, a través de las siguientes tareas principales:Gestión de los diferentes córners asignados y su personal.Responsable de consecución de objetivos (ventas y KPI).Garantizar el servicio al cliente.Control del stock, organización del almacén y recepción de la mercancía.Gestión del inventario.Gestión de los cambios de temporada (devoluciones).Mantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de PUMA.Dar apoyo a Area Manager en la selección y formación.Participar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos, puede ser necesario viajar.YOUR TALENT3-5 años de experiencia en tienda.Buena comunicación.Capacidad analítica.Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.Valorable inglés.Valorable conocimiento entorno ECI.SPEED & SPIRIT
