Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the on-time delivery of large, complex consulting projects for pharma, biotech, life sciences and government clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape strategic solutions, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations. You partner with senior clients to drive value, quality, and client satisfaction while seeking new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a global analytics and consulting environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead teams in the design, development and delivery of commercial consulting projects leveraging strategic thinking, analytics, and life sciences domain expertise
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams; participate actively in team meetings
• Analyze client requirements or challenges and develop cost-effective, profitable solutions
• Mentor junior team members across multiple engagements
• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify client issues and craft actionable solutions
• Design and deliver client reports and presentations tailored to the audience
• Recommend improvements and alternatives to exceed client expectations
• Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work with clients
• Provide post-delivery follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through experience and training
• Share expertise to improve the quality of client reports, presentations and recommendations
• Act as a coach to 3–4 staff Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience; advanced degree preferred
• 2–3 years project management and analytical experience in life sciences strategy and analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to chair meetings, facilitate workshops, and write reports
• Expertise deriving actionable insights from secondary data (e.g., IQVIA data)
• Experience building consultative relationships with senior executives in pharma/healthcare
• Experience working in large, multidisciplinary teams and supervising staff
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to the function
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of current issues and developments in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
