Job PurposeTheSAP SD Consultantplays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's globalSAP landscape. This role combines deepSAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimizeOrder-to-Cash (O2C)processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-fromrequirements gatheringandsolution designthroughimplementation ,deployment, andsupport -while also identifying opportunities to leverageAI-driven capabilitieswithin the SAP ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesSAP Solution Delivery & SupportLead the implementation ofSAP SD functionalitiesacross all project phases, includinganalysis ,design ,configuration ,testing ,deployment, andhypercare support .
Provide support for existingSAP template functionalityand ensure system stability.
Deliverenhancements ,process improvements, anddefect resolutionsaligned with business priorities.
Analyze code and identify issues to acceleratedevelopmentandtroubleshooting .
Business Collaboration & Process OptimizationPartner with business stakeholders to understandcommercialandoperational requirements .
Translate business needs intofunctionalandtechnical specifications .
Balancestandard SAP capabilitieswith innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Supportcontinuous improvement initiativesacross theOrder-to-Cash (O2C)process.
Knowledge Leadership & Team CollaborationWork closely withcross-functional SAP teams, includingFinance ,Supply Chain ,Procurement, andTechnologyteams.
Act as a recognizedSubject Matter Expert (SME)within key functional areas.
Provideknowledge transferto support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.
Contribute toglobal project initiativesandbest-practice sharingacross regions.
Innovation & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to leverageArtificial Intelligence (AI)andautomationwithinSAP Sales & Distributionprocesses.
Support the implementation ofAI-driven use casesacross theOrder-to-Cash lifecycle .
Contribute to TD SYNNEX'sdigital transformation strategythrough innovative technology solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience5-7 yearsof experience as anSAP SD Consultantor in a similarERP consultingrole.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and supportingSAP Sales & Distribution (SD)solutions.
Solid understanding ofOrder-to-Cash (O2C)business processes and their integration with SAP.
Experience working withinSAP ECC 6.7 environmentsis required. Exposure toS/4HANAis considered an advantage.
Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively in aninternationalandcross-functional environment .
Experience withAI ,automation, orintelligent process optimizationwithin ERP environments is an advantage.
Fluent Englishis required; an additional European language is considered a plus.
