Join Lynk & Co as an Area Sales Manager for Madrid, SpainBe a key player in our Sales Organization, driving Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in Madrid and surrounding areas. You’ll work closely with dealers and partners, supporting our shift to a Dual Distribution model while promoting Lynk & Co’s growth. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Spain.What You’ll DoStrategize and Plan: Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.Drive Sales: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost performance.Analyze and Improve: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.Collaborate: Work with the B2B Department and the Used Car Department to enhance fleet and online sales, ensuring alignment and maximization of opportunities across all channels.Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.What You Should HaveUniversity degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry and at least 5 years in similar roles, such as Area Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, or Commercial Manager of Car Dealerships.Deep understanding of the automotive sector, including market trends, sales strategies, and operational dynamics.Strong negotiation skills, particularly with dealership owners and managers.Proven expertise in setting objectives, developing commercial plans, and executing them effectively.Leadership training or experience (a plus).Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why This Role?Joining Lynk & Co means being part of an innovative company undergoing an exciting transformation.
