La misión de la figura del Activation Manager está centrada en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias diseñadas por el Director de Client Leadership. La persona en este rol actuará como nexo entre las áreas estratégicas y tácticas, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y alineando sus acciones con los objetivos y valores de la empresa.Funciones y ResponsabilidadesNew Business:Brindar apoyo al Director de Cuentas en la búsqueda y análisis de información relevante.Planificación Estratégica:Conocer y desarrollar la estrategia de Marketing del Cliente.Coordinar estrategias digitales alineadas con objetivos del cliente, de la compañía y las innovaciones actuales.Promover ideas innovadoras alineadas con el área de Innovación para las propuestas cliente.Coordinar la recopilación de información relevante y la negociación de planes con medios para maximizar rentabilidad.Adecuación de Soluciones GM NEXUS a los planes del Cliente.Planificación Táctica:Asegurar que los planteamientos tácticos cumplan con objetivos comunicativos.Establecer prioridades para los equipos y coordinar sus actividades diarias.Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos de Mindshare y coordinar efectivamente con V&D en aspectos tácticos y compras.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar, como Account Manager o Senior Account Executive, gestionando equipos.Nivel alto en Tommicro/Galileo, Infoadex, Comscore, KANTAR.Expert@ en Excel.Nivel avanzado en PowerPoint.Experiencia con clientes internacionales y equipos de coordinación Global / Regional.Nivel avanzado de Inglés (Conversaciones, Presentaciones y Documentación).
