Adkomo is seeking a driven and proactive Junior Product Owner Intern to join our IT Team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity : successful performance may lead to a full-time position as a Junior Product Owner within our company.

Your Role

As a Junior Product Owner Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Development and Product Management Teams to support Adkomo users, helping them maximize our platform's benefits and resolve issues. This role provides a valuable learning experience, allowing you to contribute to projects, develop your skills, and prepare for a future as a Junior Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Voice of the User : Analyze ticketing system inquiries to translate user challenges into actionable insights for product improvements.
  • Master Feedback Fusion : Use customer feedback to guide the product roadmap by analyzing data and generating reports.
  • Orchestrate Release Symphonies : Assist in implementing new release processes to ensure smooth and user-focused product updates.
  • Architect of User Empowerment : Update and refine user documentation to enhance user knowledge and satisfaction.
  • Innovate at the Intersection of UX / UI : Work with the Development Team to improve user experience and interface based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in the final internship before graduation), with a background in software engineering, computer science, data analytics, or related fields being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with an interest in growing into a product management role.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience with Jira software is beneficial.
