- Establish a shared vision of the product between the team and stakeholders.
- Create feature stories and requirements documents (PRDs).
- Manage the long-term schedule of the game's development, using metrics from team output and the product backlog.
- Participate in all Scrum meetings and accept or reject sprint results.
- Evaluate backlog items for relevance and accuracy, ensuring features are dependent, tracked, sized, and prioritized correctly.
- Own the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, including ongoing analysis and optimization.
- Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize products and performance.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the production of Free-to-Play Mobile Games.
- Fluent English (full proficiency).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Nimble, result-oriented, and willing to go out of comfort zone.
- Extended knowledge of the mobile gaming market, with ability to analyze successful F2P titles in terms of gameplay, metagame, and monetization.
- Passion for mobile games and a strategic vision of the industry and free-to-play economy.
