You will join us as our new Product Owner within our innovation lab department. This team focuses on R&D and the development of new mobile games. As a Product Owner, you will lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of our product, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a shared vision of the product between the team and stakeholders.
  2. Write feature stories and requirements documents — PRDs.
  3. Take responsibility for the long-term schedule of the game's development, using metrics from team output and the product backlog. Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog.
  4. Participate in all Scrum meetings. Accept or reject sprint results.
  5. Ensure backlog items are relevant, features are dependent on each other, tracked, sized, and prioritized accurately.
  6. Own the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, including ongoing analysis and optimization.
  7. Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize products and performance.
  8. Follow the budget and report progress to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience leading the production of Free-to-Play Mobile Games.
  2. Fluent English (full proficiency).
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong data analysis capabilities.
  5. Ability to manage a budget.
  6. Nimble, result-oriented, and willing to go out of comfort zone.
  7. Extended knowledge of the mobile gaming market, with ability to analyze successful F2P titles in terms of gameplay, metagame, and monetization.
  8. Passion for mobile games and a strategic vision of the industry and free-to-play economy.
  9. Solid understanding of agile methodologies is a plus.
