There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them in the CEE region.Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Deel successfully.Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle.Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing).Meeting partners face-to-face for either events or partner activities that directly contribute to generating revenue.Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L.RequirementsYou have 4+ years of experience in a sales focused partnerships role.You have a strong understanding of the partnership landscape – technology, professional services and venture – and are well-connected.You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners.You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.You are proficient in spoken and written English and Polish.We’d especially love to speak with you ifYou have worked for an HR or FinTech company.You’ve worked at a fast-growing startup.You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.You speak a third language from the CEE region, ideally either Czech or a Baltic language.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
