Responsabilità Contribuire alla crescita commerciale dell’azienda tramite l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti Generare opportunità di vendita e gestire efficacemente i lead provenienti da attività outbound e inbound Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team sales inbound e riportare direttamente all'head of sales Gestire la presenza in ufficio durante il weekend in alta stagione (se richiesto) Requisiti Esperienza pregressa di 1–3 anni in ruoli Sales, Business Development (preferibilmente nel settore lusso o hospitality) Conoscenza di HubSpot o altri principali strumenti CRM Padronanza delle tecniche di prospezione e qualificazione lead Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlato e scritto) Competenze aggiuntive Proattività, iniziativa e attitudine all’apertura di nuove opportunità Orientamento ai risultati e resilienza nelle attività di outbound Capacità di ascolto attivo e analisi delle esigenze del cliente Organizzazione, gestione del tempo e delle priorità Attitudine collaborativa e predisposizione al lavoro in team Posizione full time, in presenza al 100% (no smart working).
