(Senior) Consultant Sustainability

**What will you do?**

**The (Senior-) Consultant Sustainability works with clients and team members in SAP PaPM implementations with regards to sustainability management. The individual will deliver results through unparalleled professionalism leveraging a superior consultative approach and strong knowledge and expertise of msg’s products and related services.**

**Responsibilities will include, although not limited to, the following**:

- **Stay up-to-date on guidelines, policies, trends, and best practices related to sustainability reporting / CSR**:

- **Work with customers on gathering sustainability related business requirements and turn these into specific system design specifications**:

- **Provide expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.) in the areas of corporate sustainability and EU-Taxononmy (SFDR/NFRD)**:

- **Lead sustainability engagements, from pre
- to post-sales and services**:

- **Manage client relationships**:

- **Work collaboratively with team of consultants**:

- **Hands-on ability to create and maintain PaPM models and environments (after training)**:

- **Responsible for achieving key business outcomes while adhering to project goals and deadlines**:

- **Continuing education in our SAP Software Solutions and knowledge transfer**

**What experience you should have?**
- **University degree in with focus on climate change, environmental science and management, environmental economics, climate and energy policy, or a related field**:

- **Relevant consulting experience or extensive corporate experience**:

- **First industry experience in the area of sustainability, for instance GHG inventory, ESG, CSR, climate change, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, sustainable investing, etc., preferably in combination with IT, either in development or implementation**:

- **Experience in full life-cycle software solutions implementations,**:

- **Experience implementing and understanding data model solutions preferred**:

- **Business fluency in English, German skills are advantageous**:

- **Technical expertise, in SQL**:

- **Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment**:
