OverviewThe Commercial Sustainability & Circularity Solutions Consultant will provide strategic insight, guidance, and support to GBUs, Program Partners, and Customers on Circularity and Sustainability. The focus is on uncovering needs and opportunities and developing solutions to meet them. This role advances a consistent technique across all GBUs to embed circularity and sustainability in our commercial value proposition within DLL’s mission to be the transition partner for a better world.Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sustainability & Circularity Solutions, this role partners with GBU MTs, Program Managers, NBD, and Account Managers in the CCO domain and with members of the Group Sustainability Center of Expertise to deliver practical and proportionate solutions. The role works with the CS&CS team to translate concepts into tangible steps as Partner/Customer needs require.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesGBU Sustainability & Circularity Strategy: Develop and continuously refine Sustainability and Circularity strategies with GBU MTs. Enable collaboration across all GBUs and CS&CS team members.Needs / Opportunities Identification: Collaborate with NBD and Program Managers to identify Sustainability and Circularity needs and opportunities for new or existing Program Partners and Customers.Partner / Customer Engagement: Lead discussions with Program Partners and Customers, developing solutions from concept to practical steps and tactical execution, in partnership with GBU Commercial Partner/Customer leads.Transactional Structuring: Support GBU Commercial teams on Sustainability & Circularity opportunities, liaising with Risk and Asset Management and other teams under the guidance of the CS&CS Solutions Director.Partner Assessments: Lead Partner assessment processes for identified Program Partners, in partnership with Program Managers and Risk domain; execute per SAF Workstream #2 with BAU ownership and continuous improvement.Product Development: Serve as SME for Sustainability & Circularity-related products and variants, collaborating with Solutions Enablement S&C and Product Management.External Ecosystem Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with third parties and industry bodies aligned with DLL’s mission; identify, explore, recommend, and manage these relationships.Strategic Marketing: Support campaigns, publications, and initiatives including thought leadership and market insights at the GBU or industry sector level and across DLL.Your Profile / QualificationsInnovative and resourceful professional with experience identifying, building and delivering new/different solutions to Partners and Customers.Proven commercial execution internationally preferred, including identification, qualification, and management of commercial relationships and structuring of financial transactions.Understanding of DLL’s business model and channels to market.Strong interest in sustainability and circularity topics: measurement methodologies, transitions to mitigate impact, sustainable assets, circular business models and approaches.Demonstrated success engaging C-level executives and internal stakeholders.Ability to translate knowledge into tangible progress through execution; capable of balancing big-picture strategy with practical implications.Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; not afraid to challenge or say no.Cross-functional experience balancing risks and customer needs.Ability to learn, understand, and process complex ideas with creativity and drive to implement solutions.Essential RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with meaningful experience in a commercially-engaging role, ideally within a highly matrixed business structure.Master’s degree or equivalent education preferred, with focus in Sustainability and Circularity.Benefits and WellbeingTwo working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, health checks, and wellness activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from home.Career development opportunities and online learning.Additional InformationDeadline for application: January 9, 2026 (requisition may close earlier due to volume).The selection process may involve an assessment.Applications via email will not be reviewed; apply online via our career website: workingatdllgroup.comDLL’s referral program applies.For more information, contact our Talent Acquisition partner Macie Blazek at Macie.Blazek@dllgroup.comAbout DLLDLL is a global asset finance company headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands, operating in over 25 countries.
