Now it’s time to accelerate … and we need YOU Work area: Central Italy, ideally based in Tuscany. The role will cover Tuscany, Lazio, Marche, and Umbria. Responsibilities: Expand the market in Central Italy by acquiring new clients and implementing upselling strategies with existing customers; Develop new business opportunities within the assigned area; Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored commercial proposals; Guide and support clients throughout their digital transformation process; Ensure service quality and customer support through constant communication with other company departments; Achieve both individual and team targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences; At least 1 year of previous sales experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in smart farming; Goal‑oriented mindset; Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); Willingness to travel nationally; Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; Motivation, passion, and enthusiasm; Valid category B driving license.
