As an AI-Native Business Analyst, you help organizations turn complexity into measurable outcomes by blending business analysis, data, AI-enabled ways of working, and human decision-making. You bridge business needs with delivery teams, applying an AI-first approach to accelerate analysis and improve requirements. You collaborate across international teams to shape solutions that deliver tangible value, where AI augments human decision-making rather than replacing it.

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
- Challenge requirements to ensure alignment with real business problems
- Bridge business and technical teams to maintain delivery alignment
- Apply an AI-first mindset to identify AI/GenAI opportunities to accelerate analysis and improve processes
- Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and quality of analysis and documentation
- Explore and validate alternative approaches rather than defaulting to traditional solutions
- Consider data dependencies, quality, and governance when shaping requirements
- Collaborate with distributed teams across France, Spain, India, and the Philippines; maintain strong on-site presence with Bangalore stakeholders
- Strong business analysis experience with data/CRM/Salesforce exposure
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and refine requirements
- Experience producing user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and in international settings
- Proficiency in English; on-site work in Bangalore
- Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools to improve productivity and delivery
- Understanding of how AI adds value to business analysis and design
- Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- AI-first mindset and adaptability
- Clear communication for both business and technical audiences
- AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Requirements engineering and business analysis
- Functional specifications and acceptance criteria
