KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop landscape and masterplanning BIM models and technical documentation using Revit. Model topography, grading, pavements, vegetation, landscape elements and external works. Create and manage Revit families for landscape and urban elements. Develop construction details, material specifications and technical drawings. Coordinate landscape models with architecture, structure, infrastructure and MEP consultants. Work collaboratively through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Produce 3 D visualizations using Enscape, Lumion or similar software. PROFILE Degree in Architecture required, with specialization or professional experience in Landscape Architecture and Masterplanning. Minimum 4 years of professional experience. Junior profiles will not be considered. Advanced knowledge of Revit applied to landscape and masterplanning projects. Proven experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Strong understanding of topography, landscape construction, materials, vegetation and urban design. Experience in large-scale international landscape and masterplanning projects. Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion or equivalent visualization software. Additional training in Interior Design is considered a plus. Professional proficiency in English. Immediate availability preferred. SELECTION PROCESS Candidates will complete a practical Revit assessment to evaluate their technical skills and determine the appropriate level of responsibility within the BIM team, including BIM Architect or BIM Coordinator.
