Lead and implement the projects defined above: mix skeleton design for all the applications, cost saving and raw material innovation and derisking.Master’s degree in Food Science
- At least 10 years of professional experience in global food manufacturing companies (including at least 5 years in ice cream) covering roles of product development manager/platform manager and global technical project leader
- Sensory Evaluation & Analysis
- Advanced Project Management knowledge (MS project, gate process, project management lifecycle)
- Shelf-life Testing & Stability knowledge on ice cream
- Good knowledge of internal R&D specifications/ data managementSoft Skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management (MS Project, stage-gate processes, project management lifecycle)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Languages
- Fluent in English language
