Valtera Group Ltd is seeking a commercially driven fundraiser to lead capital raising for an active buy-and-build growth strategy. You will originate, engage and secure debt and equity from lenders, family offices and institutional investors, overseeing materials, due diligence and negotiations.
You will work with a senior leadership team in a fractional/consultancy capacity, building a scalable investor network and repeatable funding processes to drive expansion across sectors.
