????????The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technology and digital projects, ensuring correct execution in terms of scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
This role plays a key part in the evolution of the company's digital ecosystem, including mobile apps, the corporate website and the development of the e-commerce channel, all contributing to a better business growth.
??????Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic technology and digital projectsManage the development mobile applications, ensuring an optimal digital experience for membersCoordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and associated digital platformsLead the implementation and evolution of the e-commerce channel, including lead capture, online sign-up, digital payments, and user experienceCoordinate technology vendors, digital partners, and external teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget controlResponsible for managing and implementing Odoo-based ERP solutions, coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams to optimize business processes, integrate systems, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in internal processes and customer serviceDefine functional requirements together with different departments and ensure their correct technical implementationOversee functional testing, deployments, incidents, and enhancements across digital platformsPrepare project plans, timelines, KPIs, and regular reportingEnsure implemented solutions meet the security, data protection, and scalability standards needed to support company growth??????????University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldsSolid experience as a Project Manager in IT or equivalent roles, with at least 5 years leading technology and digital projects end-to-endProven experience in mobile app development, corporate websites, and e-commerce platform projectsExperience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies, and technology vendorsKnowledge of systems integration via APIs, CRM platforms,
