What You'll Do: Join a newly formed team at the core of a major finance transformation . As part of the Core Finance Tribe within our Internal IT department , you will contribute to the move from multiple custom solutions to a single, global Oracle Fusion Cloud platform . As our Senior R2R Business Analyst , you report to the IT R2R Product Owner and play a key role in shaping, delivering, and evolving our core finance solution. This is a critical, hands-on role , combining deep business analysis with strong functional and configuration expertise. During the project phase, you support the Product Owner by challenging integrator deliverables , ensuring solution quality, and driving solid functional design. Post go-live, you become one of the key IT owners for run & evolve , delivering enhancements and new capabilities across the R2R scope. What you'll do Lead or co-lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to capture and refine requirements Design and document functional solutions for core finance modules (GL, AP, AR ) Review and challenge functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios delivered by the integrator Ensure solution designs leverage Oracle standard functionalities and meet operational needs Own the delivery of functional enhancements (new entities, accounting rules,
