You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the Israel region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment. You will be part of the team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the Israel online marketing environment. Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible. Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products. Target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets. Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins. Drive revenue growth by converting leads from SMB companies into loyal customers. Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns. Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English ~18 months Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments. ~ CRM Experience: familiar with managing customer data and using CRM tools effectively. ~ Market Understanding: deep understanding of the Benelux market, including cultural nuances and business practices. Innovation: ability to innovate and adapt sales strategies to fit the dynamic tech landscape. Analytical Skills: proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Client Versatility: ready to handle a wide range of clients, from companies that are very savvy in digital ads to those that are unprepared for it. Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 23.876€+ up to 3.408€ gross/year. Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/project.
