**What’s your Mission?**:
**As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for**:
- Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
- Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Requirements**:
**Your Experience, Our Future**:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish & English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience in insurance sales
- Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation

- **Start Date**:ASAP
- **Hours**:39 hours per week
- **Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- **Salary**: 27,500€ per year
- **Performance Bonus**: Upto 11,000€ per year (split across 4 months)
- **Holidays**: 24 holidays per year
- **Work Model**:Hybrid
- **Training**:2 weeks training + 2 weeks continuous on the job training
- **Office Location**: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
