Meet the team We’re looking for an analytical and growth-minded SEO Experimentation Manager to join our Inbound Marketing team at Preply. You’ll work closely with SEO/AI search managers and DPR specialists, reporting directly to our Head of SEO. What You’ll Be Doing Build SEO Experimentation & Measurement Frameworks Design and maintain experimentation playbooks to standardize testing across SEO/LLMs, content and DPR functions Create analytical frameworks to track performance, extract insights, and guide strategic decisions. Build impact estimation models to evaluate ideas, support prioritization, and justify resourcing with solid business cases. Fuel Data-Driven Growth Review and enhance team-generated hypotheses to turn them into structured, measurable experiments. Propose and lead new experimentation initiatives that unlock scalable growth opportunities for SEO/AI search Collaborate with the Head of SEO to define OKRs, reporting structures, and experimentation cadences across the inbound team. Help shape the team’s testing backlog and learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and impact goals. Act as the primary SEO-Data team liaison, translating SEO needs into technical requirements for dashboards, tracking, and APIs. Tools, Automation & Insight Enablement Work hands-on with tools like GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Amplitude, and internal analytics platforms to extract and communicate insights. Build and scale internal templates for prioritization scoring, test evaluation, and impact reporting. Use AI tools to automate and optimize analysis workflows for speed, quality, and clarity across the team. Synthesize and present complex analyses and test results to senior managers and directors with clarity and business relevance. Drive adoption of experimentation frameworks by demonstrating their value through well-structured insights and storytelling. What You’ll Need to Succeed 5+ years in SEO or growth roles with strong focus on experimentation, analytics, or strategic planning. Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals across content, technical, off-page and the new LLMs/AI search area and the curiosity to dig deeper into what works Proven ability to design and manage experimentation systems , ideally in a cross-functional, matrixed environment. Strong business acumen: you think in terms of impact, ROI, and user value , not just rankings or traffic. Hands-on experience with GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Amplitude , and comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and impact models. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity , automate tasks, or generate insights at scale. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you make technical things understandable and actionable for different teams. Proactive and independent: you're not just reacting to requests, you're bringing new, data-backed ideas to the table regularly.
