Job OverviewWe are currently scouting for a talented professional to join our team for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent For Mercedes position in Greece. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to represent a luxury automotive leader, providing premium support to a global client base while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle through our sought-after French-speaking jobs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Mercedes owners, providing professional guidance on vehicle features and technical queries
- Manage high-quality inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining the prestigious image of the automotive brand
- Assist clients with scheduling maintenance, service appointments, and resolving automotive-related concerns with precision
- Maintain detailed case records within our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with automotive industry standards
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer experience for French-speaking market segments
- Provide insightful feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and common automotive technical queries
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on the latest innovations and luxury car models from Mercedes
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Strong proficiency in English to engage with our international corporate environment
- Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to customer excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset for challenging service scenarios
- Availability to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment within Greece
