Business Development Manager Overall mission: We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help shape unforgettable consumer product fragrances and guide creative success across Spain and Portugal. Based at our L'Hospitalet del Llobregat (Barcelona) site and reporting to the Sales Director, you will work with passionate teams in Sales, Marketing and Fragrance Development, turning creative ideas into scents that inspire. In this exciting role you will: Fragrance Development Develop olfactory strategies tailored to client needs, market dynamics and category trends, and provide clear direction to Perfumery teams Manage multiple briefs, selecting fragrances that meet defined criteria and customer's needs Collaborate with the Creative Center and diverse teams to ensure accurate project completion on time and present the work done to the customers Conduct olfactory evaluations of new market products to identify relevant notes, insights, and opportunities for creative development Build a partner to fragrance experts in the development centers to stay up to date on any innovation Marketing Insight Stay ahead of consumer and market trends, collaborate with Marketing to create proactive concepts and client-ready ideas Collaborate with the Key
