The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process and coordinating employee engagement events. Plan, organize, and execute company events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with leadership to create and promote wellness programs and training sessions.
Manage employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for internal communications related to HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Track key HR metrics related to onboarding success and employee engagement.
2+ years of HR experience
