Therapy Development Manager/Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Spain & Portugal (Iberia – National remit)We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Therapy Development Manager to lead the launch, development, and scaling of an innovative Class III implantable therapy across Spain and Portugal. This is a highly visible role with national responsibility, combining sales execution, therapy development, clinical education, and market access activity to establish the therapy as a standard of care.This position is ideally suited to a commercially strong MedTech professional with experience in implantable or high-tech medical devices who is comfortable operating autonomously in a market-building role.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the therapy across Spain and Portugal.
