Overview Desde ISPROX colaboramos con empresa de Consultoría IT referente a nivel europeo. Buscamos a un Lead Data Consultant , serás el punto de referencia que define procesos de datos, asegura la trazabilidad end-to-end y alinea negocio con ingeniería. Responsibilities Énfasis en la toma de requisitos, análisis funcional y \"bajar a tierra\" las especificaciones técnicas del cliente. Ser el puente entre negocio y equipos técnicos en un cliente del sector Banca. ≥ 4 años como analista funcional de datos en banca o reporting regulado. Experiencia demostrable en mapeos, KPIs, Data Quality y documentación regulatoria. Experiencia en proyectos del sector Banca y entornos regulados. Manejo de Apache Airflow (DAGs) y PySpark. Familiaridad con Kafka y servicios AWS. Capacidad para documentar y comunicar con cliente; liderazgo funcional. Salario: + 60.000 eur brutos anuales. Proyecto estratégico y de alta visibilidad en importante cliente del sector bancario. Contrato indefinido, jornada completa híbrida, (visitas a Madrid 2-3 días/mes). Formación constante por parte del cliente. Qualifications Perfil senior con experiencia en datos y conocimiento del sector bancario y entornos regulados.
