Job description Le poste de Bid Manager , c’est un rôle de chef d’orchestre . Le/la Bid Manager organise la réponse aux appels d’offres (RFI, RFQ, RFP) et aide au développement commercial. Il/elle travaille avec les équipes locales et les équipes internes pour proposer des offres claires, adaptées et compétitives. Il/elle surveille aussi les opportunités à venir pour anticiper les besoins des clients. Gestion des appels d’offres Coordonner en collaboration avec la BID Manager l’ensemble du processus de réponse aux appels d’offres (référencements, marchés publics et privés) Participer à la rédaction des propositions claires, impactantes et adaptées aux besoins des clients Concevoir des supports commerciaux personnalisés (présentations, bilans, etc.) Utiliser et enrichir les contenus existants pour optimiser les réponses Suivre les résultats obtenus et formaliser les retours d’expérience pour amélioration continue Veille stratégique & anticipation Repérer en amont les opportunités à venir via une veille active (plateformes spécialisées, suivi sectoriel) Organisation documentaire Gérer et mettre à jour les documents administratifs et techniques nécessaires aux appels d’offres Structurer une base documentaire fiable et actualisée pour gagner en efficacité Suivi des performances & amélioration continue Analyser les résultats des réponses aux appels d’offres Mettre en place des actions concrètes pour augmenter le taux de succès Profil recherché : Expérience souhaitée en gestion d’appels d’offres ou en business développement. Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse. Capacité à travailler en mode projet avec des interlocuteurs variés. Rigueur, réactivité, sens du résultat.
