We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Bid Manager **to join our team at UNITH. As the Bid Manager - Public Health, you will play a key role in the development and submission of bids and proposals for public health projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling bid responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Your expertise in bid management will contribute to our success in securing public health contracts and expanding our presence in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for public health projects, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and technical teams, to gather and analyze bid requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of client needs, project scope, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and write compelling bid responses, tailored to client requirements and aligned with UNITH's capabilities and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a repository of bid-related content, including templates, case studies, and other relevant materials.
- Coordinate and participate in bid review meetings, providing guidance and support to internal teams involved in the bid process.
- Collaborate with legal and contract teams to review and negotiate terms and conditions for bid submissions.
- Monitor and track bid performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities in the public health sector.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably with a focus on public health projects.
- Strong understanding of the bid management process and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive bid responses.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in bid submissions.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the public health sector or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Public Health, is preferred.
