Cloud Solutions Specialist – Finnish Speaker – Hybrid– Benalmádena, SpainThis Job Opportunity is only offered for candidates living and eligible to work in Spain.Salary: Kindly share your salary expectations.Client: BPO Company.Hybrid– Benalmádena, SpainJob DescriptionAs a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of development of the solutions.Detailed Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics.Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought.Secure new customer wins for a cloud: maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.Develop knowledge of the cloud’s offerings and leverage all training resources.Provide technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.Conduct group and one-on-one training across the centre on subjects of expertise.Present cloud value propositions that align with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives.Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions.Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.Targeted QualificationsFluency in Finnish Language, C1 level or Higher.Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, preferably incomputer science, mathematics or engineering.Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.Min 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions is required.Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.A minimum of Fundamentals certification is required, L200 certification is preferred.Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.Experience in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus.Interpersonal SkillsCommunicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy.Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time.Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice.Listen, Listen/pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them.Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly.Willingness to acquire new knowledge.Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants.Offer & BenefitsSalary: Kindly share your salary expectations.Office Based – Benalmádena, Spain.A global team committed to the company values.A dynamic work environment in a dynamically international company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
