CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc. Primary responsibility for CRM contacts management. Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries. Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience. Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates for Director and Associate Director of Admissions. Prepare admission files for all applicants.
