With 2,000+ talents across 70+ countries, we fuse AI, big data, and cloud to drive the next generation of intelligent vehicles.As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Technical Support Engineer to support our growing operations in Europe.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.Responsible for timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, including tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves gathering customer requirements and communicating them effectively to the R&D department at headquarters.Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement. Drive product enhancements and upgrades by collaborating closely with the R&D team.Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials.
