We are an international iGaming product within a large holding company (2,500+ employees worldwide), operating as a startup inside a robust ecosystem.Our team works at a high pace with minimal bureaucracy, substantial autonomy, and full responsibility for results. We build processes from scratch, make important decisions quickly, and are not afraid to influence the product.We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of process coordination, team synchronization, and help us launch the product faster and more efficiently.Your key responsibilities: Monitor task execution and ensure adherence to deadlines.Maintain and regularly update the product and operational roadmap.Plan sprints, set priorities, and track their completion.Coordinate interactions between teams: marketing, product, IT, operations, CRM, and others.Track progress, identify and resolve blockers, and ensure smooth workflow.Prepare status updates, reports, and document key decisions for management.What we expect from the candidate: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in iGaming is mandatory.Russian language proficiency is mandatory for this position.Understanding of core IT product methodologies (Agile/Scrum and others).English proficiency at B2+ level.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other tools.Ability to adapt processes to the needs of different teams.Strong communication skills: the ability to negotiate, keep everyone aligned, and adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment.High level of organization, ability to structure tasks and drive them to completion.Capability to make independent decisions, take ownership, and maintain a fast operational tempo.What we offer: A 5/2 work schedule, fully remote from anywhere in the world.Flexible working hours – we value results, not screen time.Salary in fiat or cryptocurrency – your choice.A production calendar plus a Holiday
