Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: 28014 Madrid, Spain Department: Project Management Team Reports to: Head of Project Management and Compliance Type: Full-time Salary: 22-24 K Euro/per yearPosition OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of project planning and execution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also provide hands-on operational support for virtual and in-person project components, ensuring successful delivery in compliance with organizational and contractual requirements. Business travel to the project event(s) is mandatory.Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Project Coordination and Support: Assist in the preparation and management of project-related materials, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution. Virtual Platform Management: Coordinate the setup, testing, and maintenance of Mpha R virtual platforms or event technologies used for project delivery, ensuring smooth functionality and participant engagement. Contract and Documentation Management: Support the preparation, review, and tracking of project-related contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams. Compliance Communication: Liaise with the compliance department to ensure all project activities and materials adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and client standards. Material Preparation: Develop and format project documentation, reports, and presentation materials according to established templates and project specifications. On-site Event Support: Attend and support project-related events, including on-site coordination, logistics oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, event management, or a similar coordination role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) or equivalent tools. Willingness and ability to travel for project events (business travel is mandatory). Key Competencies Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
