Buscamos un/a IT Support Specialist L2 para un proyecto internacional de alto impacto en negocio, orientado a soporte de aplicaciones y procesos de compra retail en distintos mercados. ¿ServiceNow , Análisis de logs y revisión de incidencias mediante Datadog . Validación y pruebas de Postman . hacia los equipos correspondientes (tarea rotativa dentro del equipo). Soporte a aplicaciones internas relacionadas con el Análisis de incidencias para identificar patrones, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora. Documentación detallada de incidencias y resoluciones en ServiceNow. Colaboración constante con equipos técnicos, stakeholders y soporte L1. 2 años de experiencia en soporte IT / consultoría IT (nivel L2) . Experiencia en troubleshooting de aplicaciones (front + múltiples capas backend). Experiencia con herramientas de ticketing como ServiceNow, Jira o similares . Experiencia analizando logs y trabajando con APIs. Capacidad analítica, orientación a negocio y atención al detalle. Gusto por la documentación y el trabajo estructurado. Persona adaptable, con mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo. Inglés nivel B2+/C1 . Experiencia previa en entornos Conocimiento funcional de arquitecturas de aplicaciones. Experiencia previa en entornos corporativos internacionales. ¿100% teletrabajo. Proyecto estable, crítico y con aprendizaje continuo. 1.200€ anuales en formación a tu elección (certificaciones, eventos, cursos...).
