Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, testing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role that blends analytics, lifecycle marketing, and paid acquisition into one mission: delivering sustainable B2C growth.This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, growth marketing, and creativity—balancing big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution. Over time, you’ll play a central role in shaping how XCEED’s marketplace grows sustainably across markets, while bringing your passion for music, nightlife, and digital culture to ensure our community keeps expanding without losing what makes it special.What Will You DoMarketplace Acquisition Growth: Drive new user acquisition through paid campaigns.Market Expansion: Support localized go‑to‑market strategies in key markets while maintaining efficient CAC vs. LTV.Lifecycle Marketing: Design and optimize flows across email, push, and reactivation to increase retention and repeat purchases.Customer Personalization: Tailor user journeys to convert first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.Experimentation Framework: Build and manage a repeatable testing process to validate growth hypotheses.A/B Testing: Run structured experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging, and landing pages.AI Adoption: Explore and implement AI‑driven growth tools such as predictive targeting and automated optimization.Analytics Ownership: Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM dashboards to monitor acquisition, retention, and revenue KPIs.Tracking & Compliance: Ensure accurate tracking with a privacy‑first approach using first‑party data and consent frameworks.Data‑Driven Insights: Translate analytics into clear priorities and actionable growth strategies.Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner with Product and Business teams to turn insights into funnel, product, and acquisition improvements.Inbound Experiments: Collaborate on designing and running B2C inbound tests to unlock growth opportunities.The Skills You Bring5+ years in growth, digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing roles, ideally in B2C marketplaces, e‑commerce and/or consumer‑facing apps.
