We are looking for translators to join an ongoing project, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards of translated customer-facing content. This role involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. Volumes and timing may vary.

• Editandreviewmachine-translatedcustomerservicecontentwithahighlevelofaccuracyandconsistency.
• EvaluateMToutputqualityandapplyseverityratingswhenrequired,followingprojectguidelines.
• Producehigh-qualityhumantranslationsasreferencedataformodeltrainingandqualityevaluation.
• Followprovidedstyleguides,tonerules,andterminologyrequirements.
• IdentifyandreportrecurringMTqualityissuesandbatch-leveltrends.
