Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies Embeddings generation and management Vector search Indexing and retrieval mechanisms Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting Contribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus.
LANGUAGES English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment.
Strong focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
