Your main purpose
- Contract Preparation & Issuance: Coordinate the preparation of contracts and associated documentation with the Legal Department for issuance to contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Issue contracts for review and actively follow up on outstanding comments, approvals, and responses.
- Contract Review & Version Control: Compare returned contracts against the original approved version and identify amendments, deletions, qualifications or unauthorised changes. Maintain clear version control of contracts, schedules, appendices and supporting documents. Coordinate contract comments and amendments with Property Procurement, Legal, Commercial and Project teams. Ensure that the final contract reflects the approved scope, price, programme,
