Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices Establishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsels managers on candidate selection; conducts and analyzes exit interviews; and recommends changes Advise on appropriate remuneration and benefits through analysis of data and trends and in coordination with corporate Comp and Bens Negotiate and implement private health insurance, death in service benefit, income protection, pensions and other staff benefits Manage and ensure data integrity of the HR database and associated processes including goal setting and performance evaluation Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records Interpret legislation and draft compliant employment contracts, policies and agreements. Manage compensation process with leaders for the region Establishes constructive relationship with the local Work council Send Finance/payroll teams payroll relevant data (new starters, leavers, pay changes, promotions etc.) for
