We support recruitment projects across multiple Engineering domains, including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of our Engineering practice in Barcelona. This role combines business development, client leadership, and team management, within a high-growth HR consultancy environment. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long‑term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact. Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the Engineering sector. Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe. Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within engineering environments. Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performance team culture. Minimum 7 years of experience within the Engineering industry. Previous exposure to business development, sales, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus. BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related technical field (strongly preferred). Fluency in Spanish and English required. Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
