We support recruitment projects across multiple Engineering domains, including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of our Engineering practice in Barcelona. This role combines business development, client leadership, and team management, within a high-growth HR consultancy environment. Key responsibilities As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long‑term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the Engineering sector. Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe. Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within engineering environments. Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction. Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performance team culture. Requirements Experience Minimum 7 years of experience within the Engineering industry. Previous exposure to business development, sales, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus. Education BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related technical field (strongly preferred). Languages Fluency in Spanish and English required. A third European language is a plus. Key competences Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Natural leadership skills and passion for developing people and teams.
