Inside Sales Representative – UKCompany: Trespa International B.V.Location: Weert, Netherlands (UK sales focus)Date posted: Dec 16 2025ResponsibilitiesGenerate new UK opportunities by researching project databases, online sources and market trends.Analyze and qualify incoming leads and project information, determining whether to follow up directly or assign opportunities to field sales colleagues.Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to identify and qualify market opportunities and ensure Trespa materials are specified.Follow up on projects throughout the full sales cycle, either independently or in close collaboration with field sales, to maintain Trespa as the preferred product through to order stage.Act as a central point of contact for customers, the UK sales team, and internal stakeholders on sales‑related matters.Provide timely, accurate and commercially aligned information, including pricing, product specifications and technical support.Manage documentation and coordinate sample requests.Co‑organize and participate in factory tours, customer presentations and trade exhibitions to represent Trespa.Actively contribute ideas and solutions to continuously improve the customer journey and deliver a premium customer experience.Desired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably commercial or technical oriented.Fluency in English and at least one additional major European language.Strong ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Customer‑ and service‑oriented, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.Results‑oriented and sales‑driven, with a strong commercial focus.Excellent relationship‑building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Flexible, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented, with a high level of accuracy.Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.Affinity with CRM systems.Willingness to travel occasionally as required.Salary & BenefitsThe position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from €53 000 to €60 000 per year, depending on your background and experience.
