What You Will Do
As a Fashion Support Consultant , you will deliver first-class experiences for fashion lovers by:
- Assisting Customers: Managing incoming requests via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
- Solving Problems: Logging details into management systems and finding quick, efficient resolutions within target timelines.
- Becoming a Brand Expert: Building up-to-date knowledge of products, client services, and fashion trends.
- Collaborating: Working closely with mentors and team leaders to handle escalations and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Languages: Native or fluent Finnish , along with an advanced level of English or Spanish .
- People Skills: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ownership: A proactive mindset and the ability to take charge of inquiries from start to finish.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic IT platforms, Windows, MS Office, and web browsing (experience with call management tools is a bonus).

- Attractive Salary: €21,000 gross/year base salary + up to €3,000 gross/year in performance bonuses.
- Stable Employment: Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract with standard rotative scheduling (Monday–Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00).
