Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to LC-MS bioanalysis and method validation in a regulated lab. You will generate high-quality data for large and small molecule workflows and work with cross-functional teams to meet study objectives. You’ll design and execute qualitative and quantitative experiments, handle sample prep, and maintain LC-MS systems. You help ensure data integrity and GLP-compliant documentation while exploring improvements in technology and methods. This opportunity lets you shape analytical science in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Follow health, safety, and regulatory standards in lab work
• Design, set up, and run qualitative and quantitative LC-MS experiments for bioanalysis and method validation
• Prepare, extract, and process samples (e.g., protein precipitation, SPE, immunocapture)
• Operate, calibrate, tune, and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation (Triple Quadrupole, UPLC)
• Review and interpret chromatographic and MS data; troubleshoot data anomalies
• Prepare protocols, technical summaries, reports, and GLP-compliant notebooks and data packages
• Collaborate with Project Management and cross-functional teams to meet study timelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and techniques
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field with direct lab coursework
• Hands-on LC-MS experience including Triple Quadrupole and/or high-resolution mass spectrometers and UPLC
• Knowledge of sample handling/prep methods (protein precipitation, SPE, immunocapture) and GLP documentation; experience with LIMS (Watson) is a plus
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
