Job Description Summary
Technical manager responsible for the maintenance and operational management of a portfolio of assets.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES He/She will be responsible for the overall technical management of the assets or buildings under their care.
Will take part in supervising construction projects in both common and private areas of the buildings under management.
Will work under the supervision of the technical managers in the Asset Services Spain department.
Will provide technical support to the Property Managers team in the Asset Services department in Spain.
Will oversee compliance with legal requirements on a technical level for the buildings under management.
Will negotiate contracts with technical service providers.
Once awarded, will supervise their compliance technically, organizationally, and financially, acting as the client's point of contact.
Will take responsibility for monitoring and controlling the budget, as well as the profit and loss
