Job OverviewWe are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for the Portuguese Speaking Customer Experts for Mercedes-Benz position in Greece, a pivotal role within the dynamic automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity to represent a world-renowned automotive leader while enjoying a high quality of life through our premier jobs in Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring an elite level of service consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, maintenance inquiries, and technical support within the automotive sector
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolving complex queries with precision and professional empathy
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest automotive product launches and service updates
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and high satisfaction scores
- Accurately document customer feedback and service interactions in the internal CRM to facilitate ongoing product improvements
- Maintain the highest standards of communication that reflect the luxury and innovation associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is required for this role
- Proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within our international team
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move to our beautiful hubs
- A passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to providing excellent service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer relations is highly preferred for this Portuguese-speaking job
